It is not recommended to dry clean 100% nylon tulle fabric. Soap and cold water will do the cleaning. Scrubbing hard will damage the fabric and is a big risk to tear it as well. Don’t use dryers or any source of heat to dry tulle fabric.  Just hang to safely drip dry. Surly they will dry very fast especially in open surroundings.

Make sure you give reasonable space for hanging your soft net tulle fabric dress. Don’t attempt to squeeze it in between your other hanging cloths. Damp storage environment is not a good choice.
