 Content Of Lining Textile Fabric
Besides acetate fiber, the content for lining textile fabric could also be cotton, silk, polyester, wool or mixed. It is essential to set directions for what purpose the lining fabric and its contents are used for.

 Linings & Acetate Fabric Items

Acetate slip under garment is a popular acetate fabric item. Acetate gets along well with skin upon contact. Most
chiffon items or charmeuse items have linings inside. These linings could also be stretch like 100% polyester interlock lining, helenca or 100% nylon tricot linings. As for leather or fur coat and jackets, it is a must to have a kind of slippery polyester, silk or acetate textile fabric as the lining items and pocket linings for the pockets.
Hard netting fabric or crinoline fabric is used under the garment to give volume to the dress, but is not considered as lining. Soft netting known as illusion tulle fabric is mostly used for outside the clothing, and also as a decorative item for under the garment.

 Fibers Of Acetate

Acetate fibers are made from wood pulp. Acetate fabrics drape well, breath well, dry fast, and give no static cling.
Acetate fibers are also used to produce diapers, surgical products, cigarette filters and most other filters.

 Dyeing Acetate Lining fabric Items

Acetate linings must be dyed correctly. Solution
dyeing, atmospheric dyeing, cross-dying are some of the best and most popular systems to dye acetate woven taffeta linings. Colors of acetate will fade easily when exposed to any light if not dyed properly. Acetate fabrics are colorfast to perspiration stain and dry cleaning. Most textile fabric items have  different techniques for dyeing.

                        Remove Stains Form Fabrics
Care For 100% Acetate Fabric Lining
Acetate lining textile fabric
has to stay away directly from perfumes, nail polish removers (Acetone), alcohol based deodorants, and other organic solvents. Facts show that it will be very difficult or impossible to remove stains caused by these solvents from acetate lining fabric items.
Acetate woven taffeta linings normally don’t shrink in water and dry very fast. The right tips for washing by hand and drying are to use warm water and not to twist dry (avoid stubborn crinkles) acetate based fabrics. It is wise to dry clean clothing with acetate lining, to protect the original garment's textile fabric that may need special care.
 Sewing Acetate Textile Fabric Lining
100% Acetate linings textile fabrics need more attention for sewing. You have to plan ahead. After sewing, if you decide to separate the linings and sew again, unwanted pin holes will show. Pin hole marks are difficult to remove from acetate fabric items.
